Your job is to enjoy yourself (or focus on work if we’re catering a business event). Our job is to ensure your event goes off without a hitch. Those few dollars you might save on a lower estimate will mean nothing if you spend the entire time stressing out over poor service, apologizing for tepid food or appeasing unsatisfied guests.
Your event manager will be on-site to oversee every detail, ensure every element comes together right on time, and manage guest requests and special needs as they arise.
After the lights go down and you and your guests have bid adieu with full bellies and warm memories, we will clean up and load out in coordination with your event facility staff and regulations.
